How do you get your money back for an item that was not even sent,seems like the the money back guarantee is an absolute joke and admin are incapable of doing there job which should include banning sellers who fail to provide the service they are advertising

Mentor11 months agoIt does pay to read the instructions. If seller does not respond, then after 3 days you escslate to ebay who take over. Ebay only gets involved after you escalate. If you fail to escslate it is assumed problem sorted.
Seller in addition to being charged for refund, will get a defect on their selling account.
