Could someone help me, I made a purchase was charged, never received item, keep getting emails that it’s being shipped can’t track or even look up purchase history or contact seller. At this point I no longer need the item

Mentor3 months agoRead the eBay money back gaurantee, it appears on every listing. You need to open an Item Not Received case by the sounds of it, if you haven't received the item.

OP3 months agoI fully understand that and have read it numerous times and I purchase does not even appear but I have the confirmation email and money was taken out. I also can’t contact seller

Mentor3 months agoHow long ago did you order and what was the estimated delivery date in your email?
If you open a case more than 30 days after the delivery shown it's only a method for communication and cannot be escalated to eBay, you would have to raise a case with your payment provider for item not received

Mentor3 months agoIf purchase within 30 days and not in your purchase history it sounds as though you bought as a guest, if so any cases are opened through the confirmation email.

OP3 months agoUnfortunately I’m not able to do it that way either and now eBay has given my information to a third party that has called me fraudulent trying to get me to send them money through a wallet app stating it was a refund to me
