i bought a mobile phone which is now out of the sellers 30 day money back guarantee i thought it was ok at first but i noticed i did not get any software updates the sellers admits it is not a uk version so will not get updates is it possible to take this further as they did not mention this in the listing thanks

Mentor10 months agoYou should still be able to leave feedback if you are within six weeks of the sale.

Mentor10 months agoYou cannot report this to eBay as they do not offer warranties or guarantees on items, just that they are just as described on receipt. If they are not, a buyer has 30 days under eBay's 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy, to return the item for a full refund.
If you bought this from a Private seller you are too late to claim a refund. You could try from your payment provider now, describing an item not as fully described for your refund.
