mixed up orders from ebay

hi everyone yesterday l was notified a purchase had been delivered , but it was not delivered, when l asked the seller to provide proof of delivery the photo proof they sent was not the order they sent it was a totally different seller l bought from who's parcel did arrive , how can this happen? l cheecked the tracking and order numbers but they were not of the same parcels , the seller and l are totally confused as how to sort this out

Just open a case for item not received .

If the seller used Simple Delivery, eBay will deal with the refund, they will refund you and the seller gets to keep the payout.
