mistakenly flagged as a digital product
I believe my physical item has been mistakenly flagged as a digital product. Potential buyers are getting in touch saying that are unable to purchase my PlayStation on the App. Please can someone help me rectify this.

I suspect AI is picking this up.
Try removing the word digital & hopefully will resolve issue.

Mentor3 months agoEbay doesn't flag digital items, it's more likely a problem with the app, or possibly the buyers.
If it was something ebay doesn't like, they remove it.
Your buyers should try again, but not using the app.
