Mistakenly created EVRI label and want to switch to another courier
Hi everyone,
I recently sold a jacket, but by mistake, I created a postage label for EVRI, and the tracking has already been automatically updated on the order.
The problem is that there is no EVRI drop-off point or office near my location. I need to use a different courier service that can deliver the item within 48 working hours.
Could someone please advise on how to:
- Void/Cancel the current EVRI postage label?
- Remove or update the tracking information so I can use a different courier?
I want to restart the shipping process correctly with a carrier I can actually access. Any guidance on how to fix this without affecting my seller metrics would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help.

Mentor6 months agoTwo choices.
Either cancel the order with the buyer's agreement, select ' Buyer Requests to Cancel ', this refunds the buyer and doesn't affect your seller performance. Relist and remove Evri as an option with the link below, for the buyer to buy and pay again.
Opt out of Evri here:

Or, use your own postage now, but you cannot now add any new tracking, eBay suggest sending the buyer a message with those tracking details. If a case is opened later for item not received, you will be able to add those tracking details.
A refund is sent to whoever paid for the SD label:

Mentor6 months agoPlease note, my above answer applies if you used eBay's Dimple Delivery postage, if not, just cancel the Evri label and buy again.
Any reason why you are not using eBay's Simple Delivery, it can benefit you if an item is lost or damaged in delivery then eBay pay the buyer their refund and you keep the payout.
See here what Simple Delivery involves in link below, which is now mandatory for Private sellers, those selling their own used unwanted items. You can of course still use your own ( custom postage), but you won't be able to add tracking and payouts are held for a minimum of 14 days.
