Mistake in sending a parcel with DHL
Hello, I booked with DHL to collect a parcel at my home, but I made the mistake of taking to a drop off point were it was received and I got a receipt. A DHL courier came to collect at my home so I told him that I had taken it to a drop off point. 9 days later it is still at the drop off point and they will not give me the parcel because it is in their system.

Mentor10 months agoThe buyer will have to open a "not received" case on ebay. Assuming you used Simple Delivery ebay will issue the refund themselves (which they do for items lost or damaged in transit when sent with SD) and you keep the payment.

OP10 months agothe shop just down the road. It's quite a rare item.
