Missing reception confirmation
Situation:
Order sent
Order confirmed received by buyer, but tracking info hasn't been updated
Buyer has verified reception through message
I've got my money
Still the order status does not show not delivered (naturally).
1) Is this a problem?
2) What can I do?

Mentor1 week agoThere's nothing you can do. Tracking is sometimes slow to update. As you have the money it's only a problem if the buyer claimed non-delivery but as they've already said they've received the item it'll be fine.
