Missing purchase in order summary

When I click "Share feedback" in the email, Ebay web page says,
"Order not found. Unfortunately, there has been an error retrieving your order. If you need help, visit our help pages."
I received the item in good order on: 13/02/2026
Email received - Order delivered: 13/02/2026
Email received - Requesting feedback: 15/02/2026
When I click "Share feedback" in the email, Ebay web page says,
"Looks like you're all caught up."
When I click "Rate purchase" in the email, Ebay web page says,
"We can't find this transaction. Please check your transactions to give Feedback."
I believe this is a bug in the Ebay system however, I cannot find any other link or contact which allows me to report it.

Mentor5 months agoIf you weren't logged in at time of buying, it will be a guest purchase,
This won't show on your ebay account.

OP5 months agoThank you for your response but I was logged on.
My question begs an explanation as to why eBay sent me links to an order number which does not exist???
i.e. Order Confirmation and Request for feedback emails.
Definitely a bug somewhere.
