Missing posted sale
Recently sold an item that I posted which subsequently went missing in transit. Buyer raised a case and I subsequently sent them a refund. How do I recoup my items sale

Mentor1 month agoWas is it a simple delivery item? If so you have gone about tho mbg s wrong. If item missing the buyer needs to open a case and eBay refund them not you.
If it wasn’t a simple delivery item you need to talk to the carrier.
