Missing postage payment
Just sold an item which went through GSP even though I only offer domestic shipping.
When I went to sort the shipping label it said the buyer had paid for postage but nothing was received my end, just the money for the item.
Was set to buyer pay for postage.
Cant find any contact information for eBay, just a silly chatbot.

Mentor4 months agoIf it is the panel clips, then listing says POST FREE in other words you pay to send to GSP. Shat address do you have GSP is Lichfield.
Buyer pays onward shipping to outside the UK.

Mentor4 months agoIf it was the scuttle clips, you had freepost.
So buyer pays you total and you use the money to buy postage yourself.
You send item to GSP centre, make sure you include reference.
Buyer is invoiced by eBay for GSP costs.

Mentor4 months agoIf it was simple delivery then the buyer has paid ebay and ebay provide you with a paid for label which you then print off and use.
