Missing parcel seller

Question

Hi I posted an item to a seller on 25th Sep and have proof of postage. Posted via royal mail. The buyer hasn't received the item and tracking hasnt updated since it was first scanned at the post office. I can't get hold of ebay to ask what I should do and the buyer has now contacted me to say tgat it hasn't arrived. Any advice would be appreciated.

Buyer opens item not received case. Assuming you used simple delivery, ebay will sort refund & you keep money.
