Missing macros?
Question for other mentors - where have all our saved macros gone?
Have I been looking in the wrong place, or has eBay just removed them without warning?

·3 months agoI can't find them either and I've had a good look around but hoping that they may reappear as features are maybe still being rolled out. DMs aren't there yet either so crossing my fingers.

MentorOP3 months agoThanks, rainbowtrax. Considering that eBay has now integrated this board with its own customer support system - and is about the only part of it that is reliably accessible to members - you would think they would have involved us more in the process. How does removing all our saved references without warning help us to provide a service to other members?.
Even before this blunder I was edging towards giving up as a so-called mentor. It was a borderline decision to return to this board and the jury is still out whether I shall remain.

Mentor3 months agoI'm with you.
This new board is not easy & lots of things are missing, e.g. not getting messaged when someone else replies to a question.

Mentor3 months agoI am also getting personal messages on ebay as users cant seem to reply to their own threads. Also the different screens one with all the tabs to left then it might revert to something like we had.
Its really hard work at the moment.
