Missing items/Return window closed

Question

I purchased 2 of the same items (supplements) from 2 seperate sellers on same order, after receiving both packages i only opened one, after taking the supplements for 2 months they had finished and i decided to open 2nd package, the 2nd package products are half missing and dont have the same consistency/colouring as the first, what do i do now that the return window has closed..?

ebay only allow 30 days for claims but you can contact your payment provider and see if they can help.
