Missing items
Summary: scmi_59 ordered a full body kit but received only side skirts and a rear spoiler. Hi iv recently purchased a full transit custom body kit including front and rear bumper, side skirts, rear spoiler, wide arches but when the delivery arrived I only received side skirts and rear spoiler, tried contacting the seller numerous times with no reply so opened a return request seller still didn't respond so asked ebay to step in for a refund, now the seller has messaged saying he was in hospital and do I want him to send missing items.
What should I do ?? I obviously want the missing items but also dont want to lose £1400 Is he stalling so I am no longer covered. Should I contact ebay ? Finding it really hard to actually speak to a actual person from customer services

Unfortunately you can't tell.
Make sure you escalate case within 30 days of opening or ebay won't help.

Mentor3 weeks agoContinue with the return. If you close it and they do not send items you will not be able to reopen.
The seller could send the items and you close the return after you get them. But do not run out of time.

Mentor3 weeks agoYou need to open item not as described/parts missing case.
Seller has 3 days to supply returns label, if not you escalate on day 4 - 30.
Only issue you have is label is for RM 2kg, so unless seller supplies courier label, you need to contact eBay CS.

OP3 weeks agoI did open a missing parts case waited 4 day had no response then I escalated it asking eBay to step it , now it says my case is on hold until the 19th of September? (Unsurewhat this means) but today the seller has messaged giving me the excuse of he's been in hospital and he will send missing items but now im usure whether to trust him now and have told him I won't be closing the case until items are received. What do you mean by label is for Rm 2kg?

Mentor3 weeks agoThe label you will get from ebay through the case will be insufficient for what you need to send back. You will need to contact ebay to sort that out.
