Missing items
Hi, what can I do, if I received not all items I have ordered? Purchased from seller 6 items, but arrived only 4 of them. All I one box.

Mentor2 weeks agoWas this one order? Then, proceed this way....
If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery, proceed this way:
Go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select Return this item. Select the reason Item Not as Described >> Does Not Match Description or Photos. The seller needs to either refund you in 3 days, or issue a pre paid return label for the return of their item. Once the item is received, they have 48 hours to refund you.
If this doesn't happen, you need to escalate to eBay, eBay step in and force the refund.
Listen to no excuses or promises from the seller to close the case early, and do not forget to escalate.
If they were separate orders, open item not received cases for the missing items, one for each.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf these were 6 separate purchases, then open a case for each missing item....
Go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.
