Hi, I have received an e-mail request to post a review for an item that I bought a week ago. However, if I try and post a review ebay informs me that it can't find that transaction. If I look at my ebay account sure enough the item is not in my purchased items list, although paypal lists the payment and the item was delivered.
I am curious to know how this happened.
How does the system know about the sale in order to request me to post a review and yet then not have a record of the sale it has just asked me to review? Any ideas?

If so, it won't show on ebay account.
Reviews are voluntary, so I wouldn't worry.
