Missing item after 30 days I can't report it or leave a negative feedbavk

30 day missing item period expired, but only half of the itmes had arrived
Order placedin April 2026, only half of the itemes arrived about 3 weeks later. I contacted the seller, they said they would 'look into it', then said they would post the isding items which never arrived. The 30 day reporting period expired, and I cant leave a negative feedback either. Messaged them several times asking for a refund, nothing... I would like alert ebay, and protect other buyers from going through a similar process. I cant find a way to contact ebay, feeling frustrated with this. Please afvise, what can I do? Thankd

Mentor1 month agoNever let a seller string you out beyond the 30 day money back guarantee period.

Mentor1 month agoThere isn't a lot you can do if you have gone past the 30 day time frame on the eBay MBG. You should have on day 29 opened an item not received then you would have been supported.
You could try your payment provider they may be able to assist.
