Missing item
I ordered 2 things from a seller and they combined postage. But when the package arrived with me, there was only one item in the bag. The seller assured me they'd put 2 items in the package, but the package showed no signs of being tampered with. Is it the seller's role to follow this up or should it be me?

Mentor3 weeks agoIf they were combined to one transaction you'll need start a return as the tracking would make a "not received" case impossible. Do that via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your purchase history page. Use the reason "Item didn't match description". If necessary escalate it to ebay after 3 complete working days.
