Hi guys hoping someone can help me,
I ordered car parts which were due to be delivered by evri on Friday, evri confirmed that the delivery wouldn't go ahead due to a major incident !!!
Package arrived on Tuesday but when the package was opened there was a
white padded envelope with all by delivery details on it but it was opened and there was a part missing, I contacted the seller immediately and this is the response I received
Please provide us with your email address, and we will send you the disclaimer form that needs to be signed. Once we receive the signed form, we can proceed with either a replacement or a refund, based on your preference
Are the stalling for time, I'm only want the missing part replaced. Thanks

Open item not as described case, seller supplies returns label, you send back envelope for refund.
Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund.
You can reorder after.
