Hi,

I bought an item a couple of weeks back that was being delivered by DHL. I requested it be left with a neighbour as I was away. It was delivered but left by my wheelie bin in front of my house. The item wasnt there when I returned home that night.

I reached out to the seller who wouldn't help. I contacted DHL 3 times but every time I get a reply from there and reply back, their inbox is full and they dont receive my reply.

I asked ebay to step in, but theyve ruled in the sellers favour as the tracking says delivered.

Ive no idea where to go from at this point.
