Missing item
I posted a phone and buyer received today opened parcel no phone inside just phone case and parcel been tampered with a tape on it which wasn't on when I posted he has requested a refund which I did not understanding what to do try to speak to a human seems impossible when type item number in says case closed and can't appeal didn't even no idea opened a case any help would be so much appreciated I'm going round in circles
