Missing feedback
Hello, I left neg feedback for a Chinese seller that didn't declare added VAT and the item was sent from a UK address, not overseas. But now that feedback has disappeared from his and my accounts! Does anyone know why this would happen?

Mentor10 months agoIt was probably removed because when an item is in the UK and the seller is abroad eBay is sometimes (according to the price range) responsible for adding and collecting VAT on behalf of HMRC.
I imagine that eBay will remove negative feedback relating to a charge for taxes that are not within the seller's control.

Mentor10 months agoIf you come back and tell us exactly what you wrote in that feedback, word for word, we may be able to tell you why it was removed.
There are feedback rules to follow, if broken, the seller can ask eBay for the feedback to be removed.
