Missing Evri Parcel
Summary: bjm_5102 shared an issue about a parcel that went missing after being posted via an Evri locker. Despite one parcel being delivered successfully, the other was never scanned again, leading bjm_5102 to refund the impatient buyer. Evri apologized for the missing parcel but directed bjm_5102 to contact eBay. tressygirl responded, suggesting that eBay would not be able to assist since the refund was issued voluntarily, but recommended pursuing the issue with Evri's customer service.
I posted 2 parcels to buyers via evri locker both parcels in the same multi locker one parcel scanned as collected and delivered the other parcel was never scanned again, because the buyer was a little impatient I refunded them as I could tell that parcel wasnt going to show up and thought I would deal with evri. They have apologized that this parcel has gone missing and told me to contact ebay. I realise now i probably shouldn't have refunded the buyer but surely evri cant just say sorry we have lost your parcel bye??

Yes Evri should, I understand it's not easy to battle with their Customer Services, but worth a shot.
