Missing DVDs
According to my PayPal account I have 2 dvds undelivered. However my eBay account doesn't show them under purchases at all. I do remember ordering them and PayPal supports that memory.

Mentor1 week agoYou may have made these as Guest Purchases, if so, your eBay account is not used, so no record there of these purchases.
The link below will show you the process for a refund, for items not received:
Go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.

Mentor1 week ago · EditedDid you buy as a guest? That happen if you are not logged in, then they do not appear in purchases, just an email confirmation from ebay.
