Missing Deliveries
I recently listed 14 silver crown coins for sale 7 x 1935 and 7 x 1937 I had several would be buyers ask if there was a lower price for buying more than one. I replied to all these enquiries, Then I get a msg, a buyer has purchased all 14 coins at the full asking price, Thinking about it later maybe I should have been a bit more cautious. However I sent the coins on RM tracked and signed for and they were delivered a couple of days later I then got a not received notification. Yesterday Ebay refunded this buyer £350 Trying to get to speak to a real person at Ebay is nigh on impossible. This whole transaction smells of scam Has anybodyhere had any such experiences?

Mentor6 months agoSomething obviously is not right here and needs investigation by those who have access to your account and cases, and that's Customer Services.
I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering. Try them now, only speak to Dublin, it's a Call Back so you'll hear if it's ' Ireland calling ! '
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
