Missing Collection Code
I sold an item in November 2025. It was collected the next day, however I forgot to get the collection code.
I messaged the buyer but he didn't respond.
He left feedback to say the item was perfect, however I cannot mark it as dispatched and Ebay keeps telling me I need to post the item.
I can't see any way to change the status.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your speedy response.
As you thought, it is too late for that option but the idea that one day it will stop telling me to dispatch the item gives me hope!

Mentor6 months agoI would think it's too late to do anything now but if you can open the link to the original Simple Delivery label (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code) that would mark the item as dispatched. If not you just have to leave it to expire eventually.
