Miss sold an item that had damage not shown and its a lesser desirable model than advertised.
I Bought a pair of suspension forks from the Ukraine (I'm in the UK) In early/Mid January. they arrived nearly two weeks later after having to spend an additional £91 Import duty.
There is damage to a part of the fork that was not shown in the pictures and the fork was advertised as a higher spec model than what they actually are. The seller is in denial and even though ive provided photos and proof he keeps sending me messages saying im wrong (the details he is giving me are from forks 3 years older than the ones he has sent) Im unable financially to return them as i will have to pay his import duty as well as postage. Anyone able to offer any advise please?

Mentor6 months agoIf you don't want to return it there's nothing you can do. If you do send it back you can claim a refund for the import duty you paid. See: "If you’re charged too much or return your goods" on here:
