Misleading listing
Summary: kia54 bought an item expecting it to include four units due to a misleading listing, but the seller claimed the '4x' referred to variations, even though there was only one size and three colors available. Bought an item last week .In both the Listing title and description there was a 4x before the description so I naturally thought I was getting 4
I messaged the seller who has said the 4x refers to the product variation not the quantity.....what variation....there is only one size and 3 colours....nowhere in the listing is there 4 variations of anything. Then had the cheek to say I could order more.
Messaged back to say the listing is very misleading and I want to return for a refund.They have now changed the listing(I have a screenshot of original listing) Completely ignored my request to return.What can I do?

Mentor2 weeks agoDid you open a case for item not as described within 30 days of receiving the item? Sellers can't refuse those.

OP2 weeks agoMy problem is I don't have a printer I have asked seller for a returns label but as I said he is ignoring my messages

Mentor2 weeks agoYou don't need a printer. When ebay issues the return label you can show the QR code for it on your phone at your post office and they will print the label for you. If you don't have a smart phone you can take the image on a digital camera.
