Mentor1 week agoIf you have bought the item then you just open a case for item not as described for a full refund.
If you just wish to report a listing, eBay cannot act on a message as they do not see the item in question but their 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee assures a full refund to the buyer is guaranteed if they follow the policy correctly.

If you didn't buy it the reporting system is a waste of time.
