If you bought an item & something different arrived, open item not as described case.
Seller supplies returns label & you return for full refund.
Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund.

Mentor6 months agoIf it's a item you haven't bought start scrolling down the listing and a question mark will appear at the bottom right. Click on that to report it.

select "Item doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
