Messages not being shown.
Since using simple delivery if I message a buyer and they respond I cannot see what they reply, all I receive is a message from ebay saying your buyer reached out, we will now work with your buyer to resolve any issues. All I am doing is advising them of something there is no issue. Is there any way I can actually see what my buyer is saying. Had to list under postage as there was no message section.

Mentor10 months agoIgnore that rather strange message.... ' the buyer has reached out', it does not mean the buyer has messaged you back.
For some reason eBay deem it necessary to send that very odd worded message when you send a message, or the buyer sends a message, it doesn't mean there is one ' in waiting' !
