Mentor2 weeks agoeBay is becoming very strict about blocking messages which could imply any sort of business transaction. eBay messages are intended for eBay issues and warranties offered by sellers have nothing to do with eBay.
If your seller offered a warranty they must be a business seller so why not go to their current listings, where they are required to display their contact information.
I should warn you that warranties offered by eBay sellers often turn out to be worthless. Even manufacturers' warranties are liable to be invalid for items bought here. eBay is not like buying from the shops.
