I used to send a message to a buyer once the label had been raised confirming when it will be sent then a message confirming it had been collected now want to change to one message on collection does the following sound OK
Hi [Buyer Name], your item has been collected today by RM 48hr tracked and the tracking has been updated in eBay. Please note it can take a few hours for the system to show the first scan. Customer satisfaction is my top priority. If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please contact me directly through eBay messages, and I will be happy to resolve any issues. Thanks for your purchase.
I like to be proactive with my sales but not sure if this it too much.
Comments welcome.

·5 months agoI wouldn't send a message at all.
If the buyer is interested, they can find the tracking number and check.

Mentor5 months agoI wouldn't message at all, especially as RM tracking is quite flaky. You may get many queries.
Just leave updates to ebay and RM.
