Message panel is useless
Whenever you send or receive a message, it appears in that small drop down panel.
Ok - so be it - but today, for example, I'm unable to read any of the right-hand part of messages because they're hidden behind the limits of the panel.
Is there a way to widen that panel (it doesn't have to be full screen!) or can anything at all be done to it to improve viewing?

Do you have a screenshot of your view? You can try your browser zoom control to zoom in on what you want to view or hover over the panel to see if it gives arrows to extend it.

OP3 weeks agoHmmm, typical of ebay! Yesterday the viewing was cramped, today it's fine. But thanks Kat for your very sensible comments. I've investigated but a) hovering brings out no extra options and zooming in merely makes everything bigger without enlarging the panel. All very strange.... Chris
