Message a buyer to offer 2nd bid
I received an offer which I declined and returned with a counter offer to the buyer who then rejected this offer. If i wanted to change my mind and now accepted the buyers offer, how do I contact them to confirm this?

Mentor10 months agoTo make things clear with offers as a private seller, which ebay don't.
If seller makes an offer, ebay add BPF, so buyer sees total.
If buyer makes an offer, that is what they want to pay, so as a seller you get the offer price less BPF.

In any case you cannot accept a declined offer, buyer only gets 3 offers, and he would haveto offer again, and might even offer less.
