Mess with combined postage
Summary: my_cherie_amour faced an issue with combining postage after a buyer won and bid on several items. The buyer requested combined shipping, but the situation became complicated with multiple transactions and items still in auction. **peaseblossom** suggested canceling all current transactions, waiting for the auctions to end, and then relisting the items as a single package with combined postage. Bit of a mess with combined postage. A buyer bid and won a bundle 2 days ago. She messaged today to ask about combining postage as she has bid on 3 other items and offered on 2 which I accepted. The 2 offers I accepted have gone through the payment stage. She was delaying payment on the outcome of the auctions running but this would allow auto cancel to kick in as these auctions ran past the cut off period. I suggested to make offers ( bad idea on my part) which has now resulted in 3 postage payments and 3 auctions still to finish. I messaged buyer to request I cancel & put all items in one bundle, she then went and bid on another item. Anyone have any suggestions please. I know most will be watching the footy tonight so don't expect any speedy replies 😁. I can cancel on bid items to sell at that price but still leaves me with a dilemma of the remainder items she wants.
I think from now on I will put items on a BIN as this has ruined my head today 😕

Mentor3 weeks agoI would cancel them all, wait for everthing else to finish and cancel any more she wins. Then parcel them together and relist with one postage for her to buy again.
If you don't want it to go on you can put her ID on your blocked bidder list.
