A buyer bought 6 items, all listed with simple delivery labels, but paid for each item separately. I split items between 2 parcels so didn’t use the other 4 simple delivery labelsNow it shows as if I haven’t sent 4 of the items and it won’t let me mark them as despatched. Any help appreciated.
