Marking a Cash Payment as Payment Made ion EBay system
I recently bought two items from someone who lives locally so collected them and paid cash.
When I did this previously (not recently) I am sure there was a way of marking payment as made, but cannot find it, so they items are shown as unpaid so we both want to clear this
Sure it is simple but cannot find it - and the AI assistant isn't any help

·5 months agoEbay no longer allow cash payment.
Payment can only be made through Ebay checkout so there is no way to mark the items as paid for.
Because you have gone outside of Ebay by paying cash, you are not protected by the Money Back Guarantee.

Mentor5 months agoThese days there is nothing you can do. You can either ignore the non-payment or the seller could cancel the tramsaction.

How did you get sellers contact Info.
You are not allowed to exchange info until after you pay through ebay.
You can't mark as paid or collected.
