Marked as dispatched when it hasn't been...
Why has my item marked as dispatched by 'simple delivery' when I've not actually sent it yet?
Is anyone else having problems with eBay's new system?

OP2 weeks agoI can see the mechanics behind what eBay is doing, but dispatch can only be confirmed when either the courier or the post office scans it. Otherwise there's no proof of it being sent.

Mentor2 weeks agoOnce the label has been scanned into the system by the Post Office or courier the tracking number is activated and it then updates to Tracking Available. That's the proof.

Marking the item as dispatched when the label is printed still isn't proof of sending it.
