Marked a sale as ‘payment received’ by mistake and cannot cancel sale - help please! | Member To Member Support

I meant to cancel a sale as the buyer was from abroad and I very clearly only sell to UK, but must have accidentally pressed ‘mark as payment received’ from the drop-down box instead of ‘cancel sale’. Now I am unable to cancel the sale and have asked the seller to, but have not received a response. The item is therefore showing as ‘dispatch now’, so please can anyone advise what I can do? (I am a private seller)
