Manually Enter Tracking Number
eBay has provided me with 3 different instructions as to how to manually add a tracking number. None of which work.
I did not use eBay postage or label.
I simply want to mark as despatched and add the tracking number.
Getting very frustrated.

Mentor9 months agoTo mark the item as dispatched open the original Simple Delivery label. Then add the new tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking. That has to be done on a desktop browser.
