Mentor10 months agoWithout even seeing what you are trying to make an offer on, very difficult to make suggestions.
Simple answer could be seller has blocked you or they do not post to your area.

This is what I’m trying to make an offer on and I have emailed the seller
and she said she was happy for me to offer 🤷♀️
