OP10 months agoTried EBay on my Samsung phone and it appears to work ok but not on my MacBook , I'm considering
visiting my Apple shop to see if they can shed any light on the issues.

Thank you for your post.
This was an intermittent issue as we had received reports from other users. After replicating on our side it is working as normal. If you are still experiencing the issue try refreshing the page, clearing cache and cookies and signing out and back into your account.

OP10 months agobeen away --just returned tried the above and it's made no difference ---any further suggestions would be appreciated
