I purchased an item. It was very low cost. It was marked as dispatched and delivered by Fed Ex. I opened a inr case it was closed so I appealed again closed without resolution. I was told to contact courier. I did and they inform me the delivery address was not mine. This is tracking fraud ? The seller had it delivered to a "front counter" and the weight was recorded as 2 kilo but item delivered was tiny. I do not care about the money but do about the principal and Ebay treating me as if I'm lying ! I notice the seller currently has no items for sale .
