Lost tracked return
Hello.
I’ve returned an item using an eBay tracked postage label.
The seller still hasn’t had it delivered after 7 days and the tracking states it’s still at the place of posting.
im assuming its been lost. How do I proceed with eBay, as the “ help “ just goes round with no explanation.

·11 months agoEbay won't expect the seller to refund until/unless they get the item back.
You may have to make a claim against the carrier.

·11 months agoIf you sent it with Royal Mail, maybe contact their Customer Services number - they take ages to answer but (in my experience) are very helpful when you do get through.
Explain the situation.
Ask them to check the tracking.
Ask them what your 'next steps' should be.
