Lost parcel decision
I wonder if someone can help, 4 weeks ago I bidded and won an item. All paid, the tracking company is ervi. After 2 weeks no parcel had came so I look on the tracking and see that it has been delayed due to damaged parcel. I contacted the seller and showed screenshots what ervi website say. The seller has a different version and say that there is no damaged. I opened not received claim, gave everything from screenshots that there is a delay due to damage. Ebay had asked the seller to provide evidence, which the seller did. Now I have to wait till the 19th of September for a discussion. Will I get a refund or lose out.

·11 months agoAs long as you follow the process, and go back to the case to ask Ebay to step in after 19th, you should be refunded.
Unless the seller has tracking that proves delivery to you, Ebay will find in your favour.
