Lost parcel as a seller
How do you go about claiming for a lost parcel as a seller? I post have stated I can’t claim as a third party and eBay have to open a case with them. I feel like I’m being fobbed off by both eBay and InPost.

Mentor1 week agoIf buyer opened a "not received" case, as long as you used ebay's simple delivery postage ebay will issue the refund themselves and you keep the payment.

OP1 week agoThey have closed the case. Closed the appeal without refunding me. Directed me to claim from the postal company. I highlighted that their own policy does not allow me to do this. As a third party I can’t claim directly from the postal company they have to do it for me. They have now advised I put a case in with Packlink who they utilise for posting. What a farce. I have proven I have posted the item. I am going to be left with no funds and no item. Furious 😡

Mentor1 week agoIf they are suggesting you claim through Packlink that means you didn't use simple delivery and just bought your postage through ebay.
Anything that gets lost and is not simple delivery is the responsibility of the seller .
