lost my payout bank card, need to uodate
i start using after 2 year my account to sell. i am trying to change my bank detail in payout, but i am not able to change payment method. i need to verify my previouse bank card detail to change and update account, i do not have that card at the moment. i cant change payout payment method until i provide detail which i do not have now, what is method to change or update detail

·7 months agoIf you can't provide that detail to confirm you are the Ebay account holder with new bank account details, you may need to contact Ebay and confirm your identity in another way.
Try updating using the link in post 2.
If that doesn't work, contact Ebay.
Or, open a new account for selling and start from fresh with your new details. You don't have any feedback as a seller on this account.
You do need a business account rather than a private account if you are planning to sell multiples of brand new items so you could keep this account for buying and have a new business account for selling.

Do I need a business account?
If you plan to sell casually, such as selling items you no longer want, a private account is the best option.
If you want to sell large quantities, if you have items that you've made or bought to resell or if you already have a business outside of eBay, you’ll need to register a business account.

Mentor7 months agoUpdate your bank details here, preferably use a laptop / PC and try Chrome, and not the app or mobile browser.

If you've returned to selling after a long break you'll need to register for eBay's Managed Payments, this involves eBay sending you 2 micro deposits into your nominated bank account for you to receive and confirm back to eBay.
