I sold an item during Christmas and posted it, well packaged using Ebay's supplied label and money back guarantee .The item was lost by the courier Evri (or too damaged to deliver, take your choice) After deliberating for a week the buyer got a refund From Ebay. I got nothing. Case closed. Is this normal?
